Smart security features
Urban Arrow bikes are equipped with Comodule’s connectivity solution, enabling smart security features such as
location tracking,
a digital lock,
movement alerts activated.
Riders can access the features from the Urban Arrow app, staying connected to their bike at all times. In addition to the security features, the Urban Arrow app displays the bike’s battery status, range, and ride data.
Connected bikes get better insurance conditions
Insurance providers see the benefits of equipping e-bikes with GPS solutions, as it decreases the risk of vehicle theft and the recovery rates of stolen connected bikes are very high. This means better insurance rates and conditions for connected e-bikes. As part of their Connected solution, Urban Arrow offers additional theft insurance, recovery service, and roadside assistance, all accessible from the Urban Arrow app.
