GPS tracking
The user can track the live location of the e-bike at all times via Companion App. The location is periodically updated when the bike is on the move. The user can share digital bike access and live bike location with others.
Movement Alerts
When the bike is digitally locked, but being moved, the user(s) will receive a push notification in their phone to be able to react immediately.
Theft Report
In case of theft, the user can report it in the app, which sends the user’s bike information and live GPS location to the recovery service, enabling fast and seamless assistance.
Recovery Service
When the user reports theft, the recovery service receives the live information digitally for immediate recovery. If the bike cannot be found or retrieved, the theft log is sent automatically to the insurance provider

The GPS Tracker needs to be powered from the e-bike system and while it receives good signal reception.
Comodule supports you to find the best location in your e-bike, and provides you with adapter cables needed to connect it to any drivetrain on the market. -
You can add IoT to your e-bikes at the factory, or sell it as an optional accessory to the consumers. Service activation, theft reporting and insurance claims are all managed in-app by the user for all 3 solutions, with no extra effort from you or the dealer.

OEM assembly - Equip all your e-bikes with the GPS solution in factory. This business model enables clear communication and control. You can include all necessary manuals and marketing assets in the box for the dealer and consumer without any extra effort needed from their side.OEM accessory - Sell a bundled tracker + app + recovery service as an optional addition to your e-bike model. The product will be installed at the dealers at the point of sale or as a retrofit. This business model offers flexibility to sell the solution only to consumers who need it and to upsell the product to bikes that are already on the streets.
Comodule retail product - Communicate your e-bike model as "IoT ready" to your retailers, who can sell the Comodule/FRIS branded product that is available via FRIS distribution network.

Installation manuals and marketing assets are included to support you with promoting, selling and installing the IoT solution and educating the distributors and the consumers.
E-bike recovery service
The recovery service is provided in partnership with FRIS, the leading bike recovery company in the Netherlands. In case of theft, e-bike owners can conveniently share their bike’s data via Comodule’s app with FRIS to take action.
FRIS services are available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and has a proven recovery rate of 80%+.
